Quick Coleslaw - Family Favorite!

This is a great recipe that comes together quick with the help of a food processor to chop all the veggies. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 Head of Cabbage, shredded (about 4-5 cups)
  • 1 Carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 C onion, shredded
  • 1 C. Mayo
  • 3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/8 C. Sugar
  • 1/2 t. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 t. Mustard Powder
  • 1/2 t. Celery Salt
  • 1/2 t. Salt
  • 1/2 t. Ground Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Shred the cabbage, carrot and onion in the food processor, place in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and whisk together to incorporate before pouring onto the cabbage mixture. 
  3. Can be served right away, but is best after chilled for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
